Хуни

The Huns’ military skills were well-known all over the ancient world. Their mounted archers struck fear in the hearts of their enemies and their whole society was focused on military expansion. They preferred to fight on horseback, peppering enemies with arrows, before crashing against them in an insurmountable charge.

The king of the Huns will spend a substantial amount of time raiding and pillaging enemies. The aggressive nature of the tribe allows a smart leader to hit the enemy where it hurts the most. The Huns' cavalry is perfectly suited for this job thanks to their speed and immense attack power. However, defending can be troublesome and the Huns may need to ask friends from other tribes for support.

This tribe is a great choice for veteran Travian players who are looking for a new challenge.

The differences:

  • Plenty of fast and strong cavalry
  • Weak defense provided by the Makeshift Wall
  • Lack of any really good defensive troops
  • Merchants can carry 500 resources (speed: 20 fields/hour)
  • Mounted armies with a mounted hero are even faster (speed: +3 fields/hour)
  • Additional building: Command Center, improving expansion possibilities
  • Logades lowers enemy village loyalty by 15-30 %

  • The Mercenary is a jack-of-all-trades. Their offensive and defensive performance can easily be compared to other units, but they do not excel in any form of combat. However, their moderate abilities are reflected by their moderate training costs.
  • The Bowman is your first choice for large offensive strikes. They love to be at the front lines, which is fortunate because of their puny defensive skills.
  • The Spotter is a lightning-fast scout unit who detects the military and economic secrets of your enemies‘ villages and relays them back to you.
  • The Steppe Rider is an outstanding attacker who undergoes training faster than most other mounted warriors. As a result, however, they are very weak in defensive combat.
  • The Marksman is a well-rounded cavalry unit. Their solid attacking power is overshadowed by the fact that they are the only proficient defensive soldier of the Huns.
  • The Marauder is an absolute force to be reckoned with. With incredible attacking power as well as impressive speed, they overrun most defenses without a scratch on their armor.
  • The Logades have earned their position by defeating all challengers in a deadly battle of physical and mental prowess. Now they only leave home to conquer. Every time they step into the village of an enemy, their powerful presence reduces the loyalty of the people to their previous owner, until they decide to join your command.

  • Makeshift Wall
By building a Makeshift Wall, you can protect your village against the barbarian hordes of your enemies. The higher its level, the higher is the bonus given to your forces' defense. The Makeshift Wall can only be built by Huns, its defense bonus is like the Teutonic Earth Wall and its durability is comparable with the Roman City Wall.
